PRS HRMS accounts are created and owned by your employer, so deletion is handled as a request that their HR team reviews. You can raise it here, or from Settings → Delete my account inside the app.
What happens to your data
Deleted — your sign-in credentials, app sessions and registered devices, your notification token, your profile photo, and any biometric unlock preference.
Retained, then anonymised — attendance, leave, payroll and tax records that your employer must keep by law (commonly up to eight years in India). These are unlinked from your identity once that period ends. Your employer's HR team will confirm the exact treatment when they action your request.
Requests are normally answered within 30 days.
